Registration Guide

The organizing Committee of the ESCHM-ISB-ISCH 2018 provides the early registration fee until May 1, 2018 for the participants. All persons wishing to attend the Conference are kindly requested to register online through the conference registration system.

Registration Fees

Society Member/Non-Member/Post Doctoral Fellow/Student Registration Fee includes:

• admission to all sessions
• exhibition
• coffee breaks
• lunches
• welcome reception
• afternoon event - Meet Old Krakow
• a conference materials including a program book

* The banquet and tour to Salt Mine is NOT included in the registration fee. Participants who wish to attend the conference banquet are requested to purchase the separate banquet ticket(s). Pre-registration is preferred due to the specific reservation restrictions in the salt mine.

Accompanying person Registration Fee includes:

• welcome reception - June 2, 2018
• conference excursion to Jewish District Kazimierz - June 3, 2018, Tuesday at 10.00 am, meeting at registratin desk
• afternoon event - Meet Old Krakow
• banquet - June 4, 2018

Payment

The copy of the registration form including the guidelines for payment will be sent after registration.

• the active link for the credit card payment - only Visa and MasterCard are accepted
• the details of bank account for the bank transfer

Please NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participant.

The registration will be completed upon receipt of the full payment .If payment is not made within 10 days, the registration will be cancelled automatically.

Payment by the bank transfer will be possible only until June 28, 2018. After this date payment will be possible only by credit card.

The invoice will be issued immediately after receiving the payment and sent by email.

Cancellation of participation

Registered participants, who are unable to attend the Meeting will have their paid fees reduced by the processing cost of 30 EUR provided a written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Office (e-mail : kamilia.dudek@symposium.pl) before May 2, 2018. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
